Centre Managers/Assistant Centre Managers
The Centre Manager/Assistant Centre Managers are responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the Centre, establishing procedures and solving problems quickly and efficiently. The Centre Managers role is a position of responsibility, you will be monitoring all aspects of the programme, accommodation, food and student welfare. This position requires enthusiasm, management skills, problem solving and leading a team.
Director of Studies/Assistant Director of Studies
The Director of Studies (DoS) and Assistant Director of Studies (ADoS) team are responsible for the day-to-day running of the MLI Academic Department at MLI Summer Centres and lead the Academic Team to ensure the smooth running of the MLI Summer Centre and deliver the MLI Academic Programme to a high standard.

Teachers
Teachers are required to plan their lessons within the framework of the syllabus and maintain a lesson log and related administration. MLI ELE teachers must have a native level of English competency – C2/CPE/IELTS 8 Level qualified to ACELS/QQI standards; thus, they will hold a primary degree or equivalent HETAC Level 7 or NQF Level 6/FHEQ Level H in addition to an ACELS recognised TEFL certificate (CELT/CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL).
Activity Leaders
We are looking for enthusiastic and fun-natured people to help run our activity and excursion programme. In your role, you will work in a team and lead our on-site activity and sport programme, as well as accompany students on local visits and excursions to places of interest. You must be highly motivated and be enthusiastic to engage with our students and help make their experience with us a great one.
Activity Co-Ordinators
The Activities Coodinator has overall responsibility for the design, implementation and smooth running of the activities and excursions programme and leads the Activity Leaders team. The role is a management position and you should expect a demanding workload. This is a residential position, and duties will include supervision of students on Campus.
What do you need to work with us
- The right to work in the EU and be over the age of 18 years old.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and enjoys working with large groups of children/teenagers
- Ability to work well with others under pressure
- Previous management/coaching/teaching experience (depending on role)
- The appropriate teaching qualification (for teaching and DOS roles)
- Awareness of the responsibility of working with students aged under 18
- A positive attitude to motivate others to enjoy their experience with us
- Show high levels of enthusiasm and to be a team player
- Previous Summer School experience is desirable
