About Us

Established in 1994, MLI International Schools is a leading Irish provider of Junior English Language Summer Programmes in Ireland. We cater for students aged 10-18 years. Our Summer Centres offer students a high-quality English Language and activity programme which we deliver in modern University Campuses throughout Ireland.

What age are MLI summer programmes for?

The 2027 junior programmes are designed for students aged 10–18, with learning, activities and supervision appropriate to young people.

Where are the programmes based?

MLI operates programmes in Dublin at University College Dublin, Dublin City University and DCU All Hallows. Availability varies by programme and season.

What is included in the programme?

Programmes combine English tuition, activities, cultural visits, excursions, accommodation and meals according to the selected centre, plus student support and a graduation certificate.

How much English tuition do students receive?

Students normally receive 15 hours of English tuition per week. Classes may take place in the morning or afternoon under the zigzag timetable.

What is Skills for Life?

It is six hours of practical, project-based learning within a two-week programme, helping students develop communication, creativity, confidence and teamwork.

Does MLI accept individual students?

MLI primarily welcomes international student groups through educational partners. Visitors should contact the team to discuss the options available for their circumstances.
